Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders, and strive to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Domestic Shipping

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse typically takes 2-14 business to fulfill orders.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 4 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. During a sale or holiday time USPS may be delayed with shipping. Please allow extra shipping time during these times.

• High Value Orders: This refers to any items with a value over $750. To ensure the safe and secure deliver of high value orders we signature require all packages of $750 or above.

International Shipping Rates

• We offer international shipping at the lowest cost and fast, able to secure package to your hand in time.

• Standard international shipping rates do applyImport duties are not included either, and if incurred the customer would be responsible 

Expedited Shipping

• We do offer expedited shipping at the normal postal rates. 

• Orders placed before 10 am EST will be guaranteed to ship that day, while orders placed after 10 am EST are guaranteed to ship the next business day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. 

Can I change my shipping address once an order is placed?


We are only able to ship orders to the address they are placed. If you have placed an order and would like to change the address, we are able to cancel the order if it has not already been shipped out. You can then replace your order using the correct address. If you order has already been shipped out, you will need to contact the carrier about changing the address or sending the package back to us.
